VersaTech offers remote support for our users via a custom developed remote control application. The application is a standalone executable and is run on the client's computer. It can use a designated TCP port in order to work through most firewalls. In addition, the client controls when a session is initiated so no remote control can be done without the client's permission.

We also offer instant messaging via the web application to the right. The application includes a notice to inform you if VersaTech Support is currently online. If support personnel are unavailable via the instant messaging application, you can submit a support request via the form below. A VersaTech representative will contact you as soon as possible.
